Every luxury restroom trailer rental includes delivery, setup, pickup, standard cleaning before and after your event, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and odor control. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside our standard service area and applicable sales tax. Our 4-tap mobile bar packages vary based on your event needs, so please contact us for a customized quote.

For our luxury restroom trailer, yes—ideally you'll have access to a standard water spigot and a dedicated electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup location. During colder months, additional power may be required to operate the heating system. If water or power isn't available, we can provide a freshwater fill and generator rental for an additional fee, so you can still enjoy all the comforts of our luxury restroom trailer.Our 4-tap mobile bar trailer is fully self-sufficient and does not require any water or electrical hookups, making it easy to set up at almost any venue.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred event date, especially during peak wedding and event season (May through October). While we often book several months in advance, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute reservations whenever our schedule allows. If your event is coming up soon, don't hesitate to reach out—we'll do everything we can to help.

Yes! Kern Luxury Rentals is fully insured for your peace of mind. If your venue requests proof of insurance, we're happy to provide a certificate upon request.

We require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your event date, which is applied toward your final balance. If you cancel 30 or more days before your event, you will not owe the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 29 days of the event require full payment, and all payments made are non-refundable.

Our current 2-stall luxury restroom trailer is not ADA or wheelchair accessible. It does require guests to step up into the trailer using the built-in stairs with handrails. If you have accessibility concerns or specific event requirements, please contact us—we're happy to discuss your needs and help determine if our trailer is the right fit for your event.

Yes! We offer daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rental options to fit a variety of needs, including extended events, construction sites, remodels, film sets, and temporary venue upgrades. Depending on the location and travel distance, a two-day minimum rental may be required. Contact us for a customized quote based on your event or project.
