Our 2-stall luxury restroom trailer comfortably accommodates up to approximately 175 guests for a standard 6-hour event. While we can technically serve larger guest counts, higher attendance and longer event durations may lead to increased wait times and extra service costs. Guest capacity can also vary depending on alcohol service and access to additional restrooms. We're always happy to help recommend the best setup for your event to ensure a comfortable guest experience.

Yes. Our restroom trailer requires access to a standard water spigot and a 20-amp electrical outlet within 150ft of setup. KLR will provide all the hook-up equipment. Don't have power available? We also offer generator rentals for added convenience.

We recommend booking your luxury restroom trailer or mobile tap bar rental as early as possible, especially during wedding season and peak event months throughout Bakersfield and Kern County.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required and rush booking fees may apply.

While we occasionally have last-minute availability, booking early helps ensure your preferred date is reserved.
